Please allow up to 48 hour for your order to ship. 

Please note over sale events or statuatory holiday a longer proccesing time may occur.

Orders placed on the website may take up to two business days to process before leaving our warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to track the movement of your package on www.ups.com. Alternatively, creating an account on our website will allow you to more easily check the status of your order directly through our site.

Orders not already processed by our warehouse can be canceled or adjusted by contacting our Customer Service team by email at hello@beyondthegreen.ca

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time. 


All Items bought directly through www.beyondthegreen.ca may be returned for any reason within 30 days of original purchase if unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number. please refer to our Returns page

*BeyondtheGreen will refund the cost of the returned merchandise and sales tax (if applicable)

If you are banking with the same institution, you should not have a problem receiving your refund if you contact your bank directly. If you have a new bank, contact customer service with your new credit card information.

We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of being received by our warehouse. Depending on your financial institution, up to an additional 10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note, times of high return volume may require additional processing time by our warehouse.

Payment and Discount Codes

Codes can be added to the “Enter gift/promo code” field under the “Promo Code” heading at any time during checkout.  Please ensure that the Grand Total reflects your discount before submitting your order.

Please note that only one gift code can be applied per order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to notify customers when new products are available at this time.

Products that are brand new or clearance will not receive a discount. Discounts are applied at check out, and each item will be discounted accordingly.

We currently accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple pay, Samsung pay and Gpay.

Account & Communication

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam inbox. If the confirmation is not anywhere in your email, your email address may have been input incorrectly when your order was placed. By creating an account, you can store credit card and shipping information for easier and faster checkout, view and manage your wish list, and review your order history. 

Select “Forgot Your Password?” on the Account Login screen to receive a temporary password.  You can then change your password in the “Account Information” page after logging into your account.
