How Long Does Delivery Take?
All orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST.
Regular ground shipping typically delivers within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
All timelines refer to business days. Rural or remote addresses may require additional time due to geographic or weather-related factors.
During peak periods — including Boxing Week, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season — shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.
Free Shipping
Orders over $99 qualify for free ground shipping within Canada.
U.S. orders are not eligible for free shipping at this time.
Express / Air Shipping
We do not currently offer express shipping at checkout.
If you require expedited delivery, please email 📩 hello@beyondthegreen.ca before 11 AM PST for a custom quote. We will confirm the fastest available option based on your location.
Public Holidays
Orders placed on, or the day before, a statutory holiday may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Delivery Rules & Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday).

We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Certain remote areas may require a minimum order value or may be subject to additional delivery terms. If this affects your order, our team will notify you immediately.
When Will Tracking Be Available?
Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email. This allows time for the carrier to scan and process your shipment.
Can My Delivery Address Be Different From My Billing Address?
Yes. Your delivery and billing addresses may differ, provided they are both within the same country (Canada or the United States). Enter each address separately during checkout.
How do I track my order and delivery status?
You will be able to track your order online via your My Account page. You will also be sent email various email notifications, which may include:
| Order Received | This means we have received your order but our order management team has not yet processed it in our system. You will receive an email to confirm this. |
| Order Shipped | This means your order has left our warehouse and is either in the process of being delivered, or has already been delivered. With a track & trace code* you can follow the journey of your package. Orders can be packed in more than one box, and each box will have its own unique track & trace code. The different packages may arrive on different days. |
| Returns Received | This status appears if you have returned (part of) your order and it has arrived at our warehouse. You will also receive an email to confirm this. Your refund for the returned items will be processed within 14-30 days as long, as the items meet the requirements of our Return Policy. |
