Return policy

Note that ALL sales are FINAL for gift certificates and sale items. Within 30 days from the date of purchase we will gladly refund you, provided the following criteria are met:

  • Still in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of customization, wear, or use of any kind.
  • Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. Thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If the item arrived as a set, such as a tracksuit, all parts of the set must be returned.
  • The original tag, plastic wrap, box, etc. that arrived with the order must be present.

Please do not attempt to return your merchandise if it does not qualify for a return or if you have not emailed for a Return Authorization number, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you.

Return Process

  • Please email to request a Return Authorization Number. This will be processed by our Customer Service Team.
  • You will receive an RA # confirmation for your return request.
  • Clearly mark your return with the RA # on the outside of the box and ship via either courier or insured registered mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number).
  • Please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.
  • We cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" Please allow 3-7 business days for processing of returns.

Gift with Purchase

If the purchase included a free gift or bonus item (i.e. free sleeve of golf balls, gift card, etc.) this item must also be returned, or the current retail value of that item will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.

Warranty Returns

An original receipt is required to initiate a warranty claim. Warranties are valid only from the original date of purchase. If you receive a new or repaired item under the manufacturer’s warranty, that item will remain under warranty from the purchase date on your original receipt - the warranty does not restart when a replacement item is received. Check the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty for further conditions and limitations that may apply. Note that some warranties are at the discretion of the vendor.

Other: Beyond the Green cannot refund products that are obtained from a source other than

BeyondtheGreen has the right to limit or decline a refund if the origin of the item is unknown, if the item is deemed to be counterfeit by a BeyondtheGreen employee or representative, if we determine that the customer has not met all the terms or policy that may apply to the purchase, or in the event of abuse the return process set out herein or other fraud or suspicious actives concerning returns.
