How Do I Return My Order?

To initiate a return, please contact us at 📩 hello@beyondthegreen.cawith the following details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Order Number

  • Item Number(s)

  • Reason for Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return arrives at our facility.
Our quality assurance team inspects all items to ensure they meet the conditions of our Return Policy.
Once approved, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
(Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.)

Can I Exchange a Product?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
All returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

What If My Product Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us right away at 📩 hello@beyondthegreen.ca.
We’ll take care of the issue promptly and provide return instructions.

Please note that the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout

  • Used or worn items

Shipping For Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a registered courier service with tracking.
